Our Australian servers are located within Pipe Networks DC2,
Brisbane. The area is caged to prevent unauthorized access to our equipment. All
network equipment and the network are monitored 24/7 to ensure all services
remain on-line 24/7. Data Centre Staff are located within the same building to
ensure quick and immediate access should anything arise.
The Network is built on purely Cisco equipment ensuring the best
network connectivity and reliability. The network itself is redundant with dual
load-balanced Cisco 7206 VXR routers either side to prevent a single point of
failure. All servers are monitored via Netflow to ensure accurate Bandwidth
calculations are made. Live bandwidth monitoring is performed for all servers
within our network.
The Network uses 3 carriers to ensure network uptime and stability and Cisco
routers to ensure reliability:

All inks are located within the Pipe
IX Data Centre to prevent loss of carriage via external sources. Each link has 2
